The two fully equipped and purpose built conference rooms are available. Please contact the Duty Manager for full details.
Corkage
We would respectfully point out that guest are not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into the hotel for the purpose of consumption on the premises. We reserve the right to supply all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Cars/Parking
Free car parking is available only to guest staying at the hotel. Upon check-in you will be advised of the barrier code– you can find this on our key card – key this 4 digit code followed by the ‘enter’ button into the keypad at the entrance to the car park to raise the barrier arm. When leaving the car park the barrier arm will raise automatically as you approach. The hotel does not accept liability for loss or damage to cars and their contents.

Items for dry cleaning and laundry may be bagged and handed to reception before 9am Monday to Friday. Please complete the laundry form - which shows prices - and place it in the bag along with your laundry. These will be returned the same day. Unfortunately this service is not available over Weekends and Bank Holidays.
Do Not Disturb
Please use the door hanger provided. If you do not wish to receive calls you can set the do not disturb function on your phone: Simply dial 401 on your handset to activate this facility, and 400 to cancel. Alternatively contact reception.
Early Morning Call
To set an early morning call from your phone: Dial 18, and then enter the time you require the call using a 24-hour clock format e.g. a call for 7.30 am should be entered as 0730. Once you hear a series of beeps replace the handset. Alternatively contact reception.

Safe Deposit
We strongly recommend that all valuables be deposited for safekeeping at reception, please enquire at reception and obtain a receipt.This service is not available between 11pm– 7am. For further information please see our display of the Hotels Proprietors Act of 1958located at reception.
Swimming pool
Pool hours are 7am until 9pm. Situated within the ground floor.Extra towels are available from Reception at an additional charge. All hotel guests are invited to use the pool however outside guests are not permitted. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please follow standard safety regulation rules as the hotel cannot accept any liability for any accidents, injuries or property damage.Please consider the privacy of other guests and keep noise to a minimum. There is strictly no Alcohol or glass allowed within the pool gates, no bombing or jumping into the pool.
